Yes. We recommend repeating the scan every six months to measure progress, identify shifts in team dynamics, and ensure continuous performance improvement.

To start a new round, simply initiate a new scan using the same company email address and set up a new team as you did the first time. If your team composition has changed in the meantime, that’s absolutely fine — each new scan reflects the current team setup. This ensures the automated workflow and reporting function correctly for each assessment cycle.

Responses are processed anonymously and stored using secure systems. We use internal identifiers to organize information, but individual answers are never visible in reports.

No. The scan is licensed per company and is linked to the email address used during purchase. Only verified users within the registered organization can initiate and complete the assessment.

If a scan is initiated without a valid license, the responses will not be processed or analyzed, and no report will be generated. To ensure meaningful results and proper reporting, each team requires its own licensed scan.
